Not even Intimacy Finder administrators can see the unencrypted versions of your personal information.
USE:
Intimacy Finder does reserve the right to review general information shared with us to improve system use, response and security. This is done by reporting on general information from anonymous users in the system. This information will NEVER be linked to a specific user names or emails and even our authorized administrators CANNOT view or see user information like your name, your partner's name, your emails or passwords in the system. Should you ever fill out one of the forms on IntimacyFinder.com to send us additional information, (for example: support help, report a bug, submit an idea), we will the same form that uses your private account number to respond to you. Depending on your request the form and back-end servers may email you directly should you choose to receive notifications in that manner. This does not reveal your email or personal information to Intimacy Finder, its staff, or administrators.
Contacting Intimacy Finder in any other manner may reveal your identifiable information to staff. Should you choose to use direct email to contact Intimacy Finder, your email address will be visible to staff. Intimacy Finder does reserve the right to contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy should you opt-in to our email notifications in your My Account settings. All such email notifications will remain private and anonymous to safeguard your information.

We will NEVER share your information with any companies or third parties outside of our organization.
At anytime you can update or change your account information, to include your personal information (name, email, password, birth year), answers on the Intimacy Quiz, ratings for articles, discussions or resources. Users can also cancel their account at anytime. Your account information including answers to surveys, questions and all other stored information will be stored in the system even after cancellation or account expiration for up to 3 years, but may be removed sooner to maintain system performance. If Intimacy Finder needs to remove canceled or expired account information prior to our standard 3 year window you will be notified via email and given the chance to re-activate your account prior to full deletion. Should you choose, you can also request at anytime to CANCEL & DELETE all your information, including stored answers for you and your partner, ratings, etc. It is important to note that deleting your information cannot be undone.
Intimacy Finder uses an encrypted system to store and retrieve information. Information is always presented in such a way as to not reveal a user's identity or personal information to staff or system administrators. Your name, email address, password and birth year cannot be viewed, edited or changed by staff. Staff cannot view user's locations or see specific user activity in the system. Staff are not able to compare specific user pairings unless requested by the user through our support ticket system to assist them with questions they may have using the system with their partner.
Forms you fill out on Intimacy Finder automatically link to your account when you are signed in. Any information filled out in our online forms is stored or sent to our administrative staff anonymously over secure connections, your identity is never revealed. Staff members can then respond to requests if needed through the same ticket system without seeing your specific information, like your name or email address. You can receive the response in your normal email inbox if you choose to "receive support ticket email notifications" in your My Account settings. You will not be able to contact support back through general email even with the email notifications turned on, and must respond back through the ticket system.
